Zephyr Real Estate Agent Dave Cunningham Earns Membership in Million Dollar Guild®

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Dave Cunningham of Zephyr Real Estate has been recognized by the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for his recent performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market in San Francisco.

Members of the Million Dollar Guild are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists® (CLHMS) who have documented their success in assisting buyers and sellers with million-dollar properties. The recognition is awarded by the Institute, which trains real estate agents in the luxury home market and awards international designations to those who meet stringent performance standards.

Cunningham is a Bay Area native and has been actively involved in residential real estate and investments since 1999. He has a degree in FRL (Finance, Real Estate and Law) from Cal Poly Pomona with a minor in Business Law. He received his Legal Assistant Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin and was the top student in his class. He is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
